Will there be a Dorohedoro season 2? The Dorohedoro manga is complete and has reached remarkable popularity. The first volume of came out as early as 2002 and it continued till 2018. Thankfully, that wasn't the tone for the rest of this volume, but it is the reason it's not another five-star installment. It didn't go quite where I thought it would, after the huge development at the end of Volume 10, but I still thoroughly enjoyed Volume 11. Long story short, if you've liked the series thus far, you won't be disappointed here. Anyways, to summarize the manga in a few words: beautiful, dark, and morbidly funny. The concept of Dai Dark is so weird and out-of-nowhere, but the worldbuilding is fantastic and it makes you want to learn more. This really is a refreshing, original manga with its own unique balance between horror and comedy. In this case you just have a couple of volumes adapted as an anime. The music, the colors, 4 different endings for only 12 episode! Etc Then go for the manga. Dorohedoro: Ma no Omake is a series of short videos that explore the world of Dorohedoro even more. As a fan of the amazing worldbuilding in the first season, I thoroughly enjoyed this OVA. Although there's no actual story, and the art is very rough as if from the story board to coloring with minimal animation, I still found it pretty charming I read the last two volumes, I was done waiting. While it started as an anime, the series was adapted into manga in 2003, later being collected into two volumes. While it is common to see series where humans get turned into animals, Princess Tutu reverses it by having the protagonist be an animal that gets turned into a human. The whole Dorohedoro art book Mud and Sludge scanned in. Such an amazing art book! I absolutely loved the different paper types and textures, it made it even more special. Thanks for doing this!
