Place trivet in the bottom of Instant Pot. Pour water into bottom of Instant Pot. Place 2-3 ears of corn on top of the trivet. Stack 2-3 more ears of corn on top of those, turned the opposite direction. Place the lid on the instant pot and turn the valve to "sealing". Press the "manual" button and set timer for 2 minutes.
Instructions. Place a cup of water into your instant pot and add your steamer basket. Add in your frozen vegetables. For example, we added a vegetable medley of frozen carrots, frozen cauliflower and frozen broccoli. Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 0 minutes on high pressure.
Close the pressure cooker lid tightly and set it to high pressure. Cook the corned beef for approximately 90 minutes per pound of meat. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for about 10-15 minutes. Then, carefully perform a quick pressure release to release any remaining pressure. Remove the corned beef
Put the rack in the bottom of the pot and carefully pour in the carrots and the cooking water. Put the lid on the pressure canner and turn up the heat to high. When the pressure gauge reaches 10 pounds, start timing. Process the carrots for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure canner cool down on its own.
Using your air fryer or pressure cooker will keep those vitamins in tact and takes a fraction of the time too! You figure it takes a good 15 minutes for a large pot of water to start to boil, then at least 15 minutes to soften the kernels.

Preparation. Set sous vide machine to 82C/180F. Rub pickling spice packet on the fat side of the corned beef. Put the corned beef and beef broth in a freezer bag, and remove the air using a vacuum sealer or the displacement method. Drop bag in the bath for 10 hours.

Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Use the Quick Release function to release the steam. Wait until pin has dropped to open the Instant Pot.
Drain the water, then set aside the green beans in Instant Pot to air dry. These pressure cooker green beans are ready to serve! Option 1 – Steam Green Beans: Season green beans with salt and black pepper, then serve. Option 2 – Sauteed Green Beans: Don’t season the green beans at this step, and proceed to Step 3 below.
